Current rates based on a week stay (if booked directly with us):

June, September, October - 1820 Euros (260/day).

July, August - 2520 Euros (360/day).

Cleaning/Management fee 160 Euros.

Fully refundable security deposit 500 Euros.

Please note, rates on our website are significantly lower, as there are no commission charges. Management and cleaning fees are the same. We accept online transfers and PayPal which will guarantee your security.
